The WuShu Federation ("we," "us," or "the Federation") appreciates your support of our mission to represent and develop Wu Shu in Israel. This policy outlines our practices regarding donations, refunds, and related matters.

3. Donation Processing
3.1 Accepted Donations
- Monetary Donations: Online via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
- Recurring Donations: Monthly or annual recurring contributions
- One-time Donations: Single contributions of any amount
- Corporate Sponsorships: Larger contributions from businesses (see separate sponsorship terms)
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts
- Minimum Donation: $3 USD (approximately 11 NIS)
- Maximum Online Donation: No limit (donations over 5,000 NIS may require verification)
- Currency: Primary currency is Israeli New Shekel (NIS); other currencies accepted with conversion
3.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed by Cardcom (co.il) - PCI DSS certified payment processor in Israel
- Digital receipts automatically provided by Cardcom for all transactions
- Credit card charges will appear as "WuShu Federation" or "Cardcom"
4. Use of Donations
4.1 Primary Purposes
Donations support:
- Training and preparation of the Israeli national Wu Shu team
- Competition travel and accommodation expenses
- Equipment and training facilities
- Coaching and professional development
- Administrative costs and operational expenses
4.2 Fund Allocation
Funds are allocated to the most urgent team needs as they materialize, including but not limited to training, equipment, travel, coaching, and administrative expenses required to support the Israeli national Wu Shu team.
5. Tax Deductibility and Receipts
5.1 Tax Receipts
- Digital tax receipts automatically provided by Cardcom payment system for all transactions
- Tax-deductible receipts issued for donations over 50 NIS
- Annual summary statements available upon request
- Receipts include all information required by Israeli tax law
5.2 Tax Deductibility
- Israel: Donations are tax-deductible under Israeli tax law for registered nonprofits
- International Donors: Consult your local tax authority regarding deductibility
- US Donors: US tax-exempt status not currently available
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
6.2 Refund Exceptions
Refunds will be considered for:
6.2.1 Technical Errors
- Duplicate charges due to system malfunction
- Incorrect donation amounts due to website errors
- Processing errors by our payment systems
6.2.2 Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions
- Donations made without donor's authorization
- Credit card fraud or theft
- Identity theft situations (with proper documentation)
6.2.3 Mistaken Donations
- Donations significantly exceeding intended amount (discretionary)
- Donations made to wrong organization by clear mistake
6.3 Refund Exclusions
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind after successful donation
- Financial hardship after donation
- Disagreement with how funds are used (within our stated purposes)
- Donations made over 90 days ago
- Donations where tax receipts have been issued and claimed
7. Recurring Donation Management
7.1 Recurring Donation Setup
- Donors can set up monthly or annual recurring donations
- Recurring donations continue until cancelled by donor
- Amount changes require new authorization
7.2 Cancelling Recurring Donations
To cancel recurring donations:
- Online: Log into your donor account and select "Cancel Recurring Donation"

7.3 Cancellation Timing
- Cancellations effective immediately for future charges
- No refund for current month's donation already processed
- Cancellation confirmation sent via email
8. International Compliance
8.1 International Fundraising Registration
Where legally required, we comply with international fundraising regulations and maintain appropriate registrations.
8.2 European Union Compliance
- All EU donations processed in compliance with GDPR
- EU donors have additional rights under European law (see Privacy Policy)
9. Donor Recognition and Perks
9.1 Recognition Levels
Based on donation amounts:
- Supporter (50+ NIS): Website recognition (with consent)
- Champion (200+ NIS): Certificate of appreciation
- Patron (500+ NIS): Team merchandise
- Guardian (1000+ NIS): Annual team event invitation
9.2 Perk Fulfillment
- Perks are gifts of appreciation, not purchased items
- International shipping costs may apply
- Perks subject to availability and production timelines
- No cash value; cannot be returned or exchanged
9.3 Recognition Opt-out
