1. Introduction
The “Partners of Victory” project was created for the purpose of supporting the Wushu Federation of Israel and the national team.
Each contribution to the project is a voluntary form of partnership, an expression of support for the athletes’ work and support for the team on its path to international competitions.
This document defines the principles of partnership, the rules for the visual display of partners on the project’s website, as well as the conditions for the public display of names.
Participation in the project means full and unconditional acceptance of these Partnership Terms.

The project is administered by the Wushu Federation of Israel or by an organization authorized by it.

2. Partnership
A partner of the project is any individual or legal entity that has made a voluntary financial contribution to support the Wushu Federation of Israel and the national team.
Partnership is not:
• a paid service;
• a basis for obtaining or granting tax benefits;
• a sponsorship or advertising agreement;
• a form of investment;
• a basis for obtaining commercial, managerial, or any other rights.

The contribution made is non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or erroneous charge, and does not create any obligations for the project other than those specified in this document.

The project reserves the right to amend these Partnership Terms. The current version is always published on the project’s website.

3. Principle of Visual Display
The project considers it important to publicly acknowledge its partners.
For this purpose, the website uses a visual display of names in the form of a name cloud and name tiles.
The size, color, format, and placement of a name depend exclusively on the amount of the voluntary contribution.
The visual display:
• is not an evaluation of the partner’s personality, status, or importance;
• is not related to personal, social, professional, or any other characteristics;
• is used solely for a transparent and clear representation of the scale of support for the project.

Differences in name sizes serve as a fair and clear principle of visual appreciation and motivation to participate on equal terms.
A name is published only with the explicit consent of the partner, expressed at the time of payment or during the donation process.
In case of refusal to publish the name, the contribution remains anonymous and may be displayed on the website in an anonymized form.

4. Partnership Levels According to the Amount
The partnership level is determined by the amount of the payment actually credited.
If the payment is made in a foreign currency, the level is determined by the equivalent in NIS (₪) at the exchange rate of the payment system at the time of the transaction.
In case of multiple payments by the same partner, the level may be determined:
• either for each payment separately;
• or by the total amount of contributions, at the discretion of the project.

Partnership levels:
Partner — contribution from 0 to 99 ₪
Display: name cloud, minimum size.

Partner + — contribution from 100 to 299 ₪
Display: name cloud, medium size.

Partner ++ — contribution from 300 to 999 ₪
Display: name cloud, increased size.

Bronze Partner — contribution from 1,000 to 4,999 ₪
Display: medium-size name tile.

Silver Partner — contribution from 5,000 to 9,999 ₪
Display: large name tile.

Gold Partner — contribution from 10,000 to 24,999 ₪
Display: large-format name tile.

Platinum Partner — contribution from 25,000 to 49,999 ₪
Display: enlarged-format name tile.

Super Sponsor — contribution of 50,000 ₪ and above
Display: large tile with maximum visual emphasis.

5. Right to Change the Name and Anonymity
The partner has the right to choose the form in which their name is displayed:
• full name
• first and last name
• company or organization name
• initials
• anonymous display

The project reserves the right to:
• shorten or adapt the name for technical and design reasons;
• change the visual design of the name without changing the partnership level;
• refuse to publish or remove a name without explanation if it:
– violates these Terms or may cause damage to this project or the Wushu Federation of Israel;
– violates the law;
– contains offensive, political, or provocative elements;
– may cause reputational damage to the project or the athletes.

6. Possible Changes
The visual display of names may be updated with a technical delay.
The position, size, and appearance of elements may vary depending on the device, screen resolution, and website version, without changing the principles of partnership.
The project has the right at any time to make changes to the design, structure, and methods of displaying partners without prior notice.
Continued participation in the project means the partner’s consent to such changes.
The project does not guarantee perpetual or permanent display of the partner’s name on the website.

Every partner is important to the project.
Every contribution matters.
The visual display of names is a form of gratitude and a sign of support for the common cause, not an assessment of personality or status.
